BlackBerry is quietly back and it’s running inside your car.
BlackBerry doesn’t make phones anymore. It makes QNX, the software behind the dashboards and safety systems in more than 255 million cars on the road today. Once it’s designed into a car, the automaker can’t rip it out.
And it’s smashing earnings. Last quarter revenue jumped 26% to $153 million, its car-software unit posted record sales, and the company swung to a full-year profit after years of losses. The stock is up 200% in 2026 alone.
