Cancel your paid chartrace contract directly here.
As soon as we receive your request, we send a confirmation to the email address you provide and process your cancellation within 7 days. We confirm the exact end date of your contract in a separate email.
Alternatively, you can cancel informally by email to dominik@chartrace.app. Your statutory right of withdrawal is set out in the withdrawal policy.
